Floor Worker

LM Products is a guitar strap and other leather goods business located in Anderson, IN. I work on the floor, mainly peforming the task of gluing of leather pieces together before they are cut with dies using industrial 'clicker presses'.

Worked in the Italian section, serving pasta as well as making and baking pizzas. On weekdays, I worked the stovetops and served custom pasta bowls to students.

I was in charge of making sure grocery orders were correctly staged, as well as organizing and delivering them to customers in their cars. Mobile pickup was especially busy during my time as a worker, as COVID necessitated the need for little to no contact grocery pickups.

There, I learned how to operate a cash register, as well as becoming proficient in making dairy products, such as shakes, floats, ice cream cones, etc. Eventually, I shifted over into the kitchen, where I learned how to operate the grill, fryer, and more to make food like sandwiches, fries, onion rings, etc.
